2018 High School Summer Camp

ROLFE BRIDGE SERVICES LLC has joined forces with Phyllis Siegel, a bridge teacher from the St. Louis area, to open a week long residential youth bridge camp for high school age students. This camp is open to students entering 10th through 12th grade. In 2018 this camp will once again be held at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, MO for the week of July 15 – July 21.

I urge you to look at the  2018 Flyer for the camp. Some scholarship money may be available, ask your local ACBL Unit or District.

2018 HS Bridge Camp

This camp is for students entering their sophomore through senior years of high school, but some exceptions might be made for slightly younger and slightly older campers, especially if attending with a sibling.

Camp will be held at Missouri Western State University the week of July 15-21. Students will need to check in between 4 and 5 on Sunday July 15, with check-out and pick up the morning of Saturday July 21.

Read about our 2015 year at camp!

Keep in mind, you don’t have to already know how to play! We can start at the beginning! We hope to see you there!

This is a great chance to tour a college campus and get a real feel for college life. Don’t miss out!

For those interested in helping to fund this camp: Tax deductible Donations to help fund this bridge camp are welcomed to help defray costs to operate the camp. The costs for us to operate the camp are greater than the amount raised from student fees so every dollar helps keep the camp going. Please make checks payable to the Rolfe Bridge Education Fund and mail them to this address:
Truman Heartland Community Foundation

4200 Little Blue Parkway, Ste 340

Independence, MO 64057-8303

If for some reason the camp is canceled those funds would still go to bridge, either toward a future camp or to college scholarships for bridge players.
